JHR Construct offers multidisciplinary turnkey project solutions through our expertise in project and technical management. The IPSA team consists of project and construction managers, design and project engineers, key trades, labourers and supervision. IPSA also has strong relationships with key Health and Safety Environmental specialists.
Managing Director - Joanne Pellew
The JHR Construct Managing Director,
Joanne Pellew is an entrepreneur at heart. As a Noongar woman, she is driven to make a difference within the indigenous community by championing contracting and employment solutions on a national level. After founding her first business in Broome at the age of 21, Joanne has been involved in Indigenous business and affairs ever since. With a wealth of knowledge, a can-do attitude and demonstrated success across multiple industries, Joanne has created many opportunities for Indigenous people across the country, to be successful in their own right also.
JHR Construct operates a flexible procurement model, based on established relationships at local, regional and national level enabling us to deliver unique, innovative and cost-effective outcomes. This structure enables us to
provide a core project team which we can supplement with specialist and trusted Indigenous and non-Indigenous subcontractors and suppliers. One of our main goals is to help build the capacity of Indigenous contractors to fill a noticeable void in the current Indigenous contracting space.
We are a full-service Indigenous construction company, contracting services and dedicated to providing exceptional services to our clients. Our core team of hand selected professionals have been in the industry for years, and we have the experience and knowledge to handle any project. We specialise in commercial, residential, and industrial construction.
Joanne is experienced in Project Management and demonstrates a dynamic career with quantifiable achievements across safety, project delivery, tender proposals, business development, Indigenous business growth and advocacy as well a natural ability to attract, retain and obtain high performance from contractors and employees.
Multi skilled and possessing the ability to deliver at the highest level for all activities. Joanne is a active promoter of new initiatives, gains inspiration by finding new ways, new methods and new avenues to optimise team safety and performance, gain stakeholder support and deliver strategic business and social goals.
